• John S. Foggia, 26, of the 25000 block of Gilmer Road, Mundelein, was arrested around 12:30 p.m. March 3 on Frontage Road at North Rand Road and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a peace officer, DUI, violation of bail bond, driving while license suspended, no insurance and traffic violations.

• Vicki L. Lauterburg, 45, and Taylor James Lauterburg, 18, both of the 1200 block of North Rand Road, Palatine, were arrested around 3:15 p.m. March 1 at Walmart, 1555 N. Rand Road, and charged with local ordinance retail theft after they reportedly took a USB adapter and a DVD.
