Bartlett Police Department to host annual Open House event

The Bartlett Police Department is hosting its free annual Open House event from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Sunday, March 24. This fun-filled family event is being held in conjunction with the Bartlett Lion’s Club Pancake Breakfast inside the Bartlett Fire Barn, 218 S. Main St. Visit www.bartlettlions.org, for the cost and more information.

This is a great opportunity for residents to interact with members of the Bartlett Police Department, tour the entire police station, sit inside one of the new squad cars, and enjoy a wide selection of different police displays and demonstrations. Some of the planned highlights include the flag-raising ceremony at 9 a.m., community information tables, free identi-kits, face painting, a kid’s craft table, and build-it kits, a texting simulator, segway demonstrations and vehicle displays.

For information, please contact Sergeant Geoffrey Pretkelis or Sergeant Michael Rummell at (630) 837-0846.
