• Sean P. Scheffler, 30, of the 33W200 block of Bonnie Court, St. Charles, was charged with harassment through electronic communications, according to a police report. The complaint was lodged at 10:56 p.m. Saturday, stemming from an incident in the 400 block of North Washington Street.

• Jose A. Ramirez, 23, of the 100 block of South Prospect Avenue, Bartlett, was charged with possession of cannabis at 5:59 p.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of South Kirk Road, according to a police report.
• A ladder was taken off a vehicle in the 0-99 block of North River Street, it was reported to police at 12:34 p.m. Friday.
• Someone stole an iPhone 5 at the RendezVu bar and restaurant, 1 E. Wilson St., it was reported to police at 5:12 p.m. Friday.
