Des Plaines Park District Community Concert Band In the Bleak Midwinter Concert
Des Plaines Park District Community Concert Band, under the direction of Lawrence J. Carle will perform In the Bleak Midwinter, on Sunday, March 3, at 3:00pm at Prairie Lakes Theatre, 515 E. Thacker St. The program includes Gustav Holst's, In the Bleak Midwinter, selections from Chicago by Fred Ebb and John Kander, King Cotton March by John Philip Sousa, Chant and Jubilo by W. Francis McBeth, selections from Les Miserables, Tribunal Symphony by Hector Berlioz, and many more selections.
