Treasurer Rutherford to speak in Barrington

Illinois State Treasurer Dan Rutherford will address the Barrington Breakfast Rotary Club at 7 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21 at the Garlands of Barrington, 1000 Garlands Lane in Barrington.
Rutherford will speak about Illinois' economy and his office will give attendees easy access to check the state's I-Cash program so people can see if the state owes them money or if they're entitled to other assets.

The speech is open to the public and admission for nonmembers is $15, which includes a buffet breakfast. Register online at barringtonbreakfastrotary.org or by calling (847) 304-1062.
