Waukegan theater group seeks one-act plays

The Waukegan Park District Cultural Arts Division in conjunction with Acts to Follow is looking for original short plays with a run time of approximately 10 minutes. The play can be any style and nonpublished is preferred. Acts to Follow will perform the play chosen during the May performances or next season.

Acts to Follow is a theater group housed at the Jack Benny Center for the Arts. The troupe of actors perform a published one-act play and an original short with each performance.

Submit the original short play by mail or in person to: Jack Benny Center for the Arts, Attn: Acts to Follow, 39 Jack Benny Drive, Waukegan, IL 60087, or via email to actstofollowsubmissions@gmail.com.
