Lindenhurst Village Officials have scheduled a public information open house meeting on the village's drinking water supply for Monday, Jan. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lake County Forest Preserve Operation Facility at 19808 West Grand Avenue in Lindenhurst. Residents are welcome to attend the meeting at any time between 6 and 8 p.m. The meeting will provide residents the opportunity to obtain information on the village's current drinking water supply system and the village's efforts to secure a permanent, long-term solution to the community's drinking water needs. Village officials will be available at a series of stations to provide information on the project and to answer questions.
