Payne to hold skills clinic

Former St. Edward boys basketball coach and current Elgin Community College athletic director Kent Payne will be conducting a basketball skills camp at the ECC Events Center on Wednesday, Jan. 2 from noon to 2 p.m.
The clinic is designed for boys and girls ages 10 and older.

The camp will include instruction in skill development, shooting mechanics, ballhandling and dribbling, making effective decisions, footwork and more.
Cost of the clinic, payable at the door, is $30 and includes a complimentary skills DVD.
