Four Wisconsin residents were arrested Thursday by police during an operation aimed at shoplifters at Gurnee Mills mall, authorities said. The suspects were arrested in pairs at separate times. Charges include retail theft and burglary, police said. One suspect also was wanted on a traffic-related warrant in Boone County, authorities said.
