Appeasing illegal act won’t solve problem

OK, we are passing a law to allow illegals to get a driver’s license but the question is what’s the motivation to get one.

Right now they are under the radar so to speak, they are not punished much for not having one, other people are paying for their insurance through their own insurance.

What makes the politicians think that the illegals will voluntarily register themselves with the state, (they are illegal afterall), provide them an address where they live, and voluntarily pay out anywhere from $500 to a thousand dollars a year for insurance when they’re not paying anything right now?

It will be interesting to see how many of the 250,000 illegals put themselves at risk, cost themselves money which many of them don’t have to get a license to drive when there out driving anyway without one. Appeasing illegal activity won’t ever solve the problem.
