Five-Minute Stuffed Medjool Dates

1 pound fresh Medjool dates, pitted

4 ounces cream cheese or Mascarpone cheese, softened

4 ounces chunky peanut butter

½ cup chopped walnuts

Pinch the end of the dates to open them slightly.

Spoon the cream cheese into a pastry bag (or baggie) and snip off the corner. Pipe cream cheese into dates. Spoon the peanut butter into a pastry bag (or baggie) and snip off the corner. Pipe peanut butter into dates.

Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped walnuts.

Serves about 30.
