Recycle holiday lights at the Public Works building, 1051 S. Hammerschmidt. A collection barrel is accessible 24/7 through January 7 near the front door.

Place your holiday tree on your regular waste collection day between December 31 and January 11. No sticker is needed and Waste Management will grind it for composting. All lights, garland and ornaments must be removed.

Recycle your old electronics. York Township maintains an electronics collection during working hours at their Highway Department facility on Roosevelt Road across from McDonalds. The Village will resume its monthly collections starting the first Saturday in April.
