Geneva

• Twenty-one plastic candy cane outdoor decorations on the 1200 block of Herrington Road were broken with an unknown object at about 10 p.m. Monday, causing an estimated $63 damage, according to a police report.

• A decorative urn and 2-foot tall copper lantern, worth a combined $185, were stolen between 7 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday, from the 600 block of South First Street, according to a police report.

Batavia

• Tina J. St. Amanda, 41, of the 2900 block of Deerpath Lane, Carpentersville, was charged with retail theft at 5:22 p.m. Thursday at Menards, 300 N. Randall Road, according to a police report. She is accused of taking $73 in merchandise.

St. Charles

• Nicole C. Ulibarri, 28, of the 1100 block of Geneva Road, was charged with retail theft at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road, according to a police report.
