How many ‘Pauls’ in next election?

text size: AAA

After reading the Daily Herald's front page article entitled "Election reflections: Polls close, but drama continues," I just had one reflection of my own. A system of government that robs Peter to pay Paul always gets overwhelming support from Paul. This strategy has worked well in the city of Chicago, Cook County, the state of Illinois and once again in our national election. The balancing act will now begin to make sure there are enough "Pauls" to swing the next election.
