Smooth move

Take a breather from shopping and enjoy a free Cranberry Truffle Smoothie with the purchase of any wrap, salad or sandwich on Friday, Nov. 23. Black Friday also happens to be National Cranberry Day, the inspiration for the new smoothie that blends cranberries, strawberries, yogurt and Ghirardelli white chocolate. The seasonal smoothie will remain on the menu through Jan. 7.

Glen Prairie's new menu items

A new fall menu at Glen Prairie includes the braised beef shortribs with caramelized brussels sprouts, as well and the popular maple leaf duck leg confit. Ninety-five percent gluten free, the new menu features items that are made predominantly with natural, organic and family-farmed products, sustainable seafood and “green” farmed wines. Glen Prairie serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
