Back by popular demand is The Community Church of Rolling Meadows' remedy for the "hustle and bustle" frustration that many experience at this time of year -- the fourth annual Holiday Dinner Theatre presentation.

This year the audience will be going back in time to 1939, the heyday of radio. A special Christmas Dinner will be followed by the radio play, "Once Upon A Midnight Clear."

The show is a radio play within a radio play starring the Patterson family.

Annual Holiday Dinner Theatre dinner is at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, and the radio play is at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person.

Because there is limited seating for the dinner, tickets must be purchased in advance, either at the church at 2720 Kirchoff Road, or calling (847) 255-5510. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.

Tickets for the play only are $15 and may be purchased in advance or at the door.
