Interesting how the Vatican is "digging in" on the subject of same sex marriage. It strictly focuses on the physical aspect of marriage, ignoring the fact that souls can love each other forever on earth and forever in eternity with their sexed bodies gone, but their souls living on in their devoted, true love for each other.
Is it possible that the Vatican doesn't and never has understood that love is not just a physical act like our animal friends enjoy, but something, maybe, a bit more meaningful to humans that involves the mind and the soul?
