A big thank you to all the volunteers and all the citizens of Wauconda and Island Lake who so generously donated to our Make A Difference Day Food Drive.
Also thanks to Jewel Food Store and Island Lake Foods for the use of their facilities.

We collected about 4,000 pounds of food and many cash donations. The people at the Food Pantry were delighted.
