Duckworth a true patriot
Tammy Duckworth is an extraordinary woman, and I am so glad that she is running for Congress to represent us in Washington. Tammy is a true patriot with a long and remarkable record of service to our country. Despite losing both her legs in a helicopter attack in Iraq, Tammy hasn’t let that stop her. In fact, it has motivated her to fight for our country even more.
As the Daily Herald writes in their endorsement of Tammy, she “has campaigned as a constructive, bipartisan problem solver and would eschew extreme rhetoric in favor of thoughtfully working together.”
We need more bipartisan problem solvers like Tammy representing the middle class in Washington.
