If this country is to continue, we must get rid of the overeducated, underexperienced lawyers and educators with zero practical knowledge who currently run it. These people apparently have absolutely no grasp on reality.
Today I read that the Obamacrats have mandated that our future cars will reach a fuel economy level of 54.5 miles per gallon. What solar system do they live in? Try to envision what your future car might be like, using this as a guide. Most motorcycles weigh 500 to 600 pounds and do not get 50 mpg. Now imagine what a future car will be like. Do the older parents remember the little pedal cars their children had? This, dear readers, with an engine is the Obama car of the future.
Extremely fuel-efficient, practical vehicles will be possible only if a miracle such as subminiature nuclear fission cells become feasible (improbable). The things currently on the table, battery, natural gas (we're going to run out of that in the not-too-distant future), and solar-powered cars are possible but not practical. What does a solar-powered car do on a cloudy day or during a snowstorm? How do you take a 200-mile trip with a 100 mile battery? Imagine the scenario when you are in an accident and your natural gas tank, with gas under extremely high pressure, ruptures and ignites or you goof when filling the tank? Oh well, the officials will still be riding safe and sound in their monster, gas-guzzling SUVs and going on vacations in Air Force One. Here's a suggestion for them to consider. If you reduce the force of gravity you can save vast amounts of energy. Even you shoes will last longer.
