Point fingers at House Republicans

I learned in my high school U.S. government class that Congress (The House of Representatives and the Senate) makes the laws, the Supreme Court interprets the laws and the President enforces the laws. I also learned that money bill can originate only in the House of Representatives.

Knowing those facts, why do the Republicans continue to blame President Obama for everything from our high unemployment rate to poor graduation rates in our nation’s public schools and high gasoline prices? Let’s put the blame where it belongs: on the Republican lawmakers who have blocked all legislation proposed by Obama to create jobs, hire more teachers, provide alternatives to fossil fuels, end tax breaks for oil companies with record profits, and halt tax breaks for corporations that ship jobs overseas. The president proposes, but Congress disposes!
