No reason to vote GOP this year

I finished putting together my Top 10 reasons for voting Republican this year. If you think the following, vote Republican.

You believe the tax rate for the rich should be lower than that for the middle class.

You believe nurses, teachers, policemen and firefighters are the problem with this country.

You prefer additional tax cuts for the rich, rather than pay for Medicare.

You believe income inequality is good for the economy, and that the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of the super rich shouldn’t have to work a day in their lives.

You think austerity, the Ryan plan, is the answer, rather than economic growth.

You think Republicans are acting in the best interests of the economy.

You think mortgage and charitable contribution deductions, and employer paid tax-exempt health insurance premiums are tax loopholes that should be closed.

You think women aren’t entitled to equal pay for equal work.

You’d like to see a return to Bush policies, more defense spending, less regulation, higher deficits, and more tax cuts for the upper incomes at the expense of the middle class.

You think there’s even a shred of decency about preventing the right of any American the right to vote, democracy’s most precious right.

If you don’t like the Democratic Party candidate, look at third party candidates. But to vote for Republicans on this Election Day — appalling.
