Mitt's contradiction on taxpaying

With regard to his own income tax returns, Mitt Romney posited that the American electorate surely would not want a president who paid more tax than he owed. Yet, he disparages those who pay no federal income tax. Mitt, lower-income folks don't pay the tax, because the law says they don't owe it.
