Hoffman Estates welcomes three new policemen

Three new police officers were sworn into the Hoffman Estates Police Department by Mayor William McLeod during a village board meeting on Monday.

Police Chief Michael Hish said Scott Melzer, Matthew Fesemyer and Daniel Stopka are the first new hires for the police department since September 2008.
