TCSA attack U-11 wins Madison 56ers Invitational

The Tri-Cities Soccer Association's Attack U11 Boys continued their impressive start to the season over the border at the Madison 56ers Invitational this past weekend, Sept. 8-9.

The boys won their group in the top flight beating three top Wisconsin teams from Madison and Milwaukee.

They faced an unbeaten John Gaspar team from Peoria in the championship game.

Despite going down 2-0 early in the contest, the boys roared back to beat their opponents 7-2, a fantastic finish to the weekend.

The Attack players and families represented TCSA and Illinois tremendously over the two days and can be proud of their efforts against some tough competition.

The team is in their fourth season together and is coached by Neil Turnbull.

With three tournaments already under their belt they will now focus on their NISL league play.
