Hotel guest robbed by man dressed as a woman

A man from Saudi Arabia was the victim of a robbery by two men, one dressed as a woman, at the Prospect Heights hotel where he was staying, police said.

The man was staying at the Hilton Hotel, 2855 N. Milwaukee Ave., when around 1:20 a.m. Sept. 1, the men knocked on the door, pushing past the guest when he opened it. They stole $1,200 out of the victim's backpack and took the telephone hand set from the room.

The man had met the two men outside while smoking a cigarette, revealing information, including his room number.

One man was described as a black male, 20-30 years old, 6-foot-2, 200-220 pounds, wearing black pants, black tank top, with red lip gloss and exhibiting breasts. The second offender was described as a black male, 20-30 years old, 6-foot-2, 180-200 pounds, and wearing a silver jacket and blue jeans.
