YMCA offers wellness exams

PathFinder Health, a national preventive health provider, is offering on-site preventive health physical exams and Medicare annual wellness visits at both Lake County Family YMCA branches in September. The exams are available at no cost to those with Medicare or commercial insurance. There is no co-pay or deductible. Medicare recipients need to have been in Medicare at least one year and have not had an annual wellness visit within the last 12 months. Exams will be done on Monday, Sept. 10, at Central Lake YMCA, 700 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills, and on Thursday, Sept. 13 at Northern Lake YMCA, 2000 Western Ave., Waukegan, 7 to 8:30 a.m. each day.
