Early release Friday at MHS

Mundelein High School students will be released at 1:40 p.m. Friday, earlier than usual, because higher-than-usual temperatures are predicted for the day. The school has air conditioning, but part of the system has suffered a mechanical failure, officials said. Repairs won't be done until October.
