Streamwood police are looking for a missing 45-year-old resident, who reportedly has the mental age of a 10-year-old due to a brain injury.

Edward T. O'Neil is believed to have left his residence at 9 a.m. Monday, July 30, after an argument.

O'Neil is white with brown hair and brown eyes, 5-foot-8 and about 142 pounds. He was last seen wearing an unknown color shirt, blue jeans and either sandals or white tennis shoes.

Police said O'Neil was previously reported missing about seven years ago and was found to have walked to Chicago at that time.
