Schaumburg seeks Miss Septemberfest 2012
Schaumburg has begun the search for Miss Septemberfest 2012.
Miss Septemberfest is an annual competition for young women between the ages of 16 and 19. Contenders must reside in Schaumburg and never have been married. The winner and all five members of the court will participate in Septemberfest activities throughout the Labor Day weekend.
Applications can be found at the village of Schaumburg’s website and are due to the Prairie Center by Friday, Aug. 3. All applicants must be available for an interview at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11. The five finalists will be announced that morning.
