Stefan Woloshyn, son of Eagle Scout James Woloshyn of Wadsworth is the newest and sixth person of the Woloshyn family to attain the rank of Eagle Scout.

Stefan's Eagle project was a 300-foot-long boardwalk in the Waukegan River area of Roosevelt Park. Stefan, and fellow volunteers from Boy Scout Troop 675, also cleared out about 10-feet on each side of the boardwalk to put in plants. The purpose of this public service project was to clean up all the garbage, pull out all the evasive garlic mustard plants and to help prevent soil erosion.

The Woloshyn boys, James, Jeffrey, Jay and John all attended Scouts and earned their Eagle Rank through Trinity Lutheran Church of Des Plaines.
