Arlington Hts. students looking for business backing

Twelve Arlington Heights middle school students in the Young Entrepreneurs Academy will present their idea to a panel of business leaders Tuesday, April 3, at the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre, 111 W. Campbell St.

A reception starts at 6:15 p.m., and the presentations start at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

The stakes are high. Businesses found deserving will get startup funds, and one student or team will go to New York to compete nationally.
