LaPorte will be frugal with tax money

I was researching the candidates for Kane County Board District 19 the other day and went to both of the candidates’ websites — Victor LaPorte and Kurt Kojzarek. Everywhere you looked on Kojzarek’s site it was all about money. Donate here, fundraiser there sponsored by one of his influential Republican friends, etc. LaPorte’s website, on the other hand, there was not mention of money or donations.

That made me think: who would I trust with my money? The youngster, Kojzarek, who seems to have an attitude that money is no object as long as it belongs to someone else, or Victor LaPorte, who seems to want to get the most out of his dollar. Cash-strapped taxpayers of District 19, I think the choice is clear. Victor LaPorte will spend our money like it was his own, very frugally.
