Lincolnshire ID theft arrest:

Police say they have arrested a Highland, Calif. man on two counts of identity theft involving a victim in Lincolnshire. Lincolnshire investigators say Robert C. Pickard III, 38, was wanted in connection with several incidents that occurred between September 2011 and January 2012. Using a search warrant, Lincolnshire Police and San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Police searched Pickard’s residence and seized several items of evidence. Pickard is in San Bernardino County Jail on a $250,000 bond awaiting an extradition hearing. His arrest is part of an ongoing identity theft investigation involving Lincolnshire police, with assistance from the Lake County State’s Attorney’s office, San Bernardino Sheriff’s Police and the United State Postal Inspection Service.
