Free program on insulating homes at Des Plaines library

The Des Plaines Deep Green Committee and Smart Sealed, a company that does insulation, will conduct a free program on insulating homes at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16 at the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood St. Participants would be able to enter into a drawing for a free $400 energy audit that will be given away at the end of the meeting.
