Consider lives lost each day to abortion
Regarding the heartbreaking story of the psychotic who may be sentenced to 140 years in prison for murdering his ex-wife and their unborn son, I agree with the assistant state’s attorney who said, “It’s just unfathomable how cruel that is, how vicious that is.” It was horrifying to read what this man did by attacking the defenseless mother while she was in her 20th week of pregnancy. Obviously two lives were lost, as their innocent child was also brutally killed at the same time. May God have mercy on the deluded man who acted so against life that day.
But who could fail to see the connection to what happens in this country, approximately 3,500 times every day? Thousands of beautiful, unborn babies stabbed, burned and routinely dismembered in “safe and rare” abortions each day by medical professionals in our beloved United States. The sad irony is that if a woman chooses an abortion, the baby’s horrendous death is perfectly acceptable and completely legal, and even paid for by our tax dollars.
To advocate “reproductive choice in health care” is just a euphemism for tolerating and promoting the ultimate evil in disguise. America, when are we going to wake up? May God have mercy on us.
