Attending speech is about respect

Dear Rep. Walsh,

Please do not pretend to be representing me by having disrespected the president. I am one of your constituents. There is too little respect shown to authority figures by our young people (and “grown-ups”) in today’s world without our representatives showing such utter and complete disrespect to the leader of our country. Whether you agree with his policies or not, you needed to be present at the speech. Please don’t pretend you are listening to your public and that is why you did not attend.
