The Kids Equipment Network seeks to help special needs children by providing them with adaptive equipment they need to conduct their daily lives.

The nonprofit group, serving families in Chicago and the suburbs, recently had a clinic to distribute equipment to families and make adjustments to fit the equipment for children. About 20 families received equipment at the clinic, hosted by MainFreight USA in Bensenville, which donated its space for the event.
