Buffalo Grove, Wheeling recycling events on Sept. 24

Need to recycle some old electronics or destroy sensitive old documents? The Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County has two events Sept. 24 for you. Recycle your electronics from 9 a.m.-noon at 151 Hastings Drive, Buffalo Grove, just north of Banner Plumbing on Lake-Cook Road. (847) 724-9205. Meanwhile, bring your documents to the Wheeling Public Works Department, 77 W. Hintz Road, from 9-11 a.m. Residentially generated paper is accepted.
