Giving away money doesn’t create jobs

I agree that President Obama is spending like a drunken sailor. President Bush did add $4 trillion to the national debt. He did this over the eight years he was president. President Obama has already contributed $4 trillion more to the national debt in 2½ years. Also President Bush had to deal with 9/11. President Obama did not have a 9/11 on his watch.

As for Obama’s stimulus package, most of that money went to the unions. It was supposed to create jobs. It created very few jobs. Government does not create jobs. Most jobs are created by a small business. Just giving spending power back to the middle class does not create jobs. And I do not understand what you mean by giving spending power back to the middle class. In fact Obama has hurt the middle class. One example is in the Obama-directed bankruptcy of General Motors when middle-class Americans invested in secured Chrysler bonds and these bonds were taken from them by Obama and given to the unions.
