An Addison woman fell from a ladder and died early Sunday morning while trying to access the roof of a Chicago building, authorities said.

Patrycja Wiszkowska, 22, was attending a party in the 4300 block of North Sheridan Road before her fall. She began climbing a ladder from the building's third floor about 4:55 a.m. and fell roughly three stories to her death, Chicago Police spokesman Officer Robert Perez said.
