iPad purchase in Schaumburg leads to felony charge

Bond was set at $80,000 Satuday for a Homewood man who bought an iPad in June from a Schaumburg Target store. After a police investigation, Tertius Wesley, 29, was charged with felony unlawful use of a credit card.
