Leave Walsh’s divorce out of it

Anyone who has ever been through a divorce can say it is not a pleasant experience. Most are extremely bitter and leave scars that never really heal.

I’m sure that 8th District Rep. Joe Walsh and his ex-wife, Laura, are still locked in this emotional event that was finalized years ago.

Each have their side of the story. Who is right? Who’s to know. I do feel it is between these two people and the domestic court that sets the rules on child support and visitation. It is none of the public’s business to view this blood sport.

Also, as far as Rep. Joe Walsh’s taxes, Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner can’t even figure them out from a personal level. Most of us try to comply with a tax law that is so complex, IRS advisers can’t even come up with the same solution for the same problem.

I’m not in Mr. Walsh’s district. I do not know Mr. Walsh. But I do know about divorce. Please leave this family alone to deal with this very difficult situation.
