FBI releases photos in search of Rolling Meadows bandit

The FBI has released surveillance photos of a suspect they say robbed a Rolling Meadows bank late last week with the hope that someone will recognize the man.

Authorities said the suspect walked into the Chase Bank at 2600 Kirchoff Road on Thursday at around 2 p.m., approached the teller counter and announced the robbery.

The man, described as a white male in his mid-40s standing around 6 feet tall with a thin build, implied that he had a weapon, but no one in the bank saw it, the FBI said.

He was wearing a blue plaid flannel shirt, gray hoodie, blue jeans and work gloves and had a black bandanna over his face during the robbery.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI at (312) 421-6700. Additional information is at bandittrackerchicago.com.
