Mount Prospect holding Concert on the Green Friday

Mount Prospect will be hosting its second Friday Concert on the Green 6 p.m. Friday, July 29. “Not Too Far from the Tree” will be headlining the show on the Village Green in front of Village Hall at 50 S. Emerson St.

The band, which will be performing songs by Stevie Wonder, Pink Floyd, Lyle Lovett, the Beatles and the Allman Brothers, will also be playing bluegrass tunes for the summer concertgoers.
