Cool off at Island Lake village hall

Island Lake village hall will serve as a cooling center during the current heat wave. If you need to cool off, you can go to the building at 3720 Greenleaf Ave., between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., officials said. Water will be available. For more information, call (847) 526-8764.
