Candidates, know your catchphrases
Thinking about throwing your hat into the political ring and running for public office?
There are certain catchphrases that you will need in your campaign to solve our country’s ills. Two of my favorites are “at the end of the day” and “kick the can down the road.”
When candidates use these political euphemisms they actually mean “when all is said and done, there’s a lot more said than done” and “never do today what you can put off until tomorrow.”
That’s Politics 101 in a nutshell.
