Help plan Schaumburg bike paths

The village of Schaumburg will host a public participation community workshop for the planning of new bike and walking paths, 7-9 p.m. Monday, July 25 at the Prairie Center for the Arts, 201 Schaumburg Court. Attendees will be asked to suggest their favorite biking and walking routes, places where they don’t feel safe doing these activities and places where they would like to walk and bike. The workshop will also be attended by professional consultants who will later evaluate the public’s and officials’ suggestions from an engineering perspective.
