Author visiting Vernon Area library

Author Robert Hicks will visit the Vernon Area Public Library in Lincolnshire on July 21 to discuss his book “Widow of the South,” a story of the Civil War. The event is set for 7 p.m. at the library, 300 Olde Half Day Road. Admission is free. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
