Swing on by

Slip back in time today with The Rat Pack Summit Review Meets the Legendary Drifters. A mouthful, we know. The Chicago nightclub show revolves around a valet to the Rat Pack in 1963 and features live music by Chicago Deep City Orchestra and the songs of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. This performance includes a guest appearance by the original Legendary Drifters. Tickets are $15, and specialty classic cocktails will be available for $5. Doors open at 8 p.m. Friday, June 17, at Excalibur & Vision Nightclub, 632 N. Dearborn St., Chicago, (312) 266-1944, excaliburchicago.com or visionnightclub.com.

After party

You don't need tickets to Saturday's New Kids on the Block/Backstreet Boys concert at the United Center to share in the boy band fun. Nova in Addison is throwing the official after-party hosted by Nick Carter. Tickets are $20. Doors open at 8 p.m. and seating is limited at Nova, 701 W. Lake St., Addison, (630) 628-5800 or nova-lounge.com.
